Detroit's joke of a Mayor, Kwame Kilpatrick, is finally feeling some heat for his obviously shady reign over that blighted city. His hilarious text-message sex scandal was even featured on the front page of BBC News, which is of course where I discovered it.Oh, and yes. That is indeed the mayor of Detroit, pictured.
